1. From Which Port will Cargo be shipped?

We ship from a variety f ports worldwide because we are interlink with our subsidiary partner companies overseas

3. Is your product eligible to enter my country?

Our product is approved in over 200 countries worldwide. Factories registered our product , which can be checked with custom in the importing country..

4. Is your product Halal Certified?

Our poultry products are slaughtered in accordance to Islamic rites and meet all international standards with some of our other Halal certified food grade products.

5. Why am I requested to make a deposit Payment?

Deposit payment are required to facilitate processing, (Labeling, Packing) and Pre logistics handling. Without this deposit, processing cannot commence.

6. Do you accept other forms of payment other than T/T ?

We accept DLC, SBLC,. However, we only accept this forms of payment on orders above 5000 MT as elaborated in our BANK GUARANTEE AND LC page.

7. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on destination port and and flexible shipping schedules, order can take 2 days and up to 38 days to arrive destination port

8. How are the products preserved during shipment?

Products are shipped in either Reefer Containers at temperatures of -18 degrees & also in dry containers either 20 feet container or 40 feet container . All goods are packed in accordance to its desire packaging .

9. What are the payment methods available?
